Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay and benefits for work performed. In many cases our pay and benefits exceed the government client we serve. I expect the company to be more responsive to employee concerns when it becomes publicly traded. I hope that share holders will improve employee input.
Cons
The reorganization of the company has some positive aspects but the implementation has been horrible. The 360 degree Assessment System is the worst in the industry. If you are a level I Consultant, at a remote location, you have a snowballs chance in hell of being promoted. We will lose hundreds of people due to this short sighted policy. In short, the policy requires you to switch positions in order to meet the new promotion criteria.
