      Pros

      Booz Allen Hamilton compensate there employees very well.

      Cons

      Promotions have a heavy claim on years with the company and prior military experience. The skill level for some jobs that do not require certain military experience(i.e. Information Technology) do not get viewed with the same weight.

      Pros

      - Profit Sharing - Tons of Volunteering/Opportunities to Develop as Leader - Open to Employee Initiatives and Ideas - Crave Feedback and Give it - Very open door with my managers - Opportunities to work on numerous teams and diversify experience - Professional development in house and $5000 towards education and certifications each year - Very kind co-workers willing to share vacation time with those with dire emergencies or family crises

      Cons

      - Salary not always competitive but profit sharing helps bridge gap - Client's tolerance for employee's bill rate effects salary and promotions - Get in a line that pays well and hope your manager will be flexible and understanding (IT pays well!) - Very few women in major leadership positions, although not necessarily the company's fault - They do not FIRE employees that really should not be there and instead will actually move them around or PROMOTE them! That is the absolute worse thing about BAH.
