Pros
Treat employees well. Good work-life balance. A lot of smart people that you can work with and learn from.
Cons
The culture at remote locations is different than in the DC area where the bulk of the staff are located. Also, Much time and effort is invested in giving all employees an annual 360 assessment, but it is only qualitative, does not address any problems/issues, and cannot be compatred from year to year. Promotion is really only based on revenue generation, not overall performance.
