      Not as good as it seems from the outside

      Pros

      The pay is competitive and the benefits are great. There are a number of office locations so if you are lucky you can get a transfer. Some great people to work with and a lot of opportunity for interns.

      Cons

      Downward communication is lacking. If you are lacking as a manager but bring in new work you are rewarded. Great managers that lack in bringing in new work are shunned. Serious ethics violations are swept under the rug. New contracts seem to be few and far between or there is a lack of communication within the firm letting everyone know where help is needed.

      Excellent insurance and 401k Provides opportunities to change locations/jobs within Booz Good promotion structure for recent grads They do everything, so you can work in anything you like

      Cons

      Pay is much lower than most direct competitors All career paths ultimately point to managing teams and winning contracts, difficult to earn promotions/raises and stay in a technical or specialized field
