      Pros

      Very intelligent staff, great benefits, flexible schedule, ability to work from home. I've been at Booz Allen for 10 years and I've learned so much from colleagues and mentors.

      Cons

      Really tough to gain promotion once you hit Associate level. In addition, Booz Allen has been known to low ball candidates due to its brand name. If you fail to negotiate for your true worth, you'll be playing catch up for years!

      Pros

      Good compensation, exceptional emphasis on training as well as a great work life balance for most employees. Management works well with under performing employees and rewards high performing employees.

      Cons

      Due to the management consulting structure there is not a lot of opportunity for promotion beyond the Associate/Lead Associate level. The company only has essentially 7 levels.
