      Pros

      The job was basically 9 to 5, so there was a good work and life balance. They have an annual party at the headquarters.

      Cons

      They do not give out bonuses and I think that their compensation levels are quite low compared to other top consulting firms.

      BAH is a great opportunity for Interns. You will get treated as a valued member of the team.

      Pros

      Great launching pad for interns. Well compensated, flexible, and worthwhile. I accepted this position over others and have no regrets about.

      Cons

      Very few. There is some getting us within their various systems within the corporation. Sometimes I am left with less guidance than I think I need, but in part that is the nature of my client not BAH.

      Pros

      Compensation is good compared to other contracting companies I interviewed with. Social interaction with colleagues is highly, highly encouraged, and does very well to promote professional growth.

      Cons

      Environment is friendly, however highly professional, almost to the point of being overbearing. This coincides with the firm's image and certainly goes a long way to establishing Booz Allen as the best, but I could stand to feel a bit more relaxed, particularly in the Booz Allen facilities.
