Business Outlook
Pros
Booz Allen focuses on it's people and as a result, truly supports building and training it's workforce. I personnally have been plenty of opportunity to grow professionally and the company is willing to give you as much responsibility as you're willing to take on as long as you can do the job. It's the only company that I've worked for but I'm happy with the support from my direct manager and the compensation in general.
Cons
The only downside that I feel is that with the current culture, while work/life balance is preached, it isn't practiced much. As with many other places, too much time off or focus on life is frowned upon. I've never taken two weeks off consecutively as a result.
