      Booz Allen Hamilton offers a ton of flexibility to move around and explore different jobs within the firm. Booz Allen offers and promotes a lot of diverse events.

      Cons

      -Can easily get lost and forgot about by working on a client site. -No such thing as work/life balance. -Low tuition reimbursement.

      Straight forward work and great benefits. I never had a problem with my team and found lateral movement very easy

      Complicated Hierarchal structure led to a difficult time in overall streamlining of the communication process over a widely varied geographic team environment
