      A time to reflect on the past activities and accomplishments for clients and the firm. A chance to improve and update knowledge.

      Cons

      The reviewer does not understand the technical accomplishments of the reviewee, relying mostly on second hand information to make final decision of annual performance. Review is not reflective of the employee's accomplishments and service tothe client. Some of the conclusion are more speculative, based on perception rather than reality

      Cons

      Entry level positions do not pay well at all in most cases, although if you stick it out, you usually can get a huge bump in pay
