Interesting people and projects

Pros

Projects are interesting People are extremely talented and friendly.... it's an easy culture to quickly adapt to Resources are readily available

Cons

Sometime you feel like you are disconnected to the firm when on client site. Most projects tend to be longer engagements (more than 6 months).

Pros

I enjoy working for Booz Allen. They got a great reputation and take care of their employees. I gotten a lot of training opportunities.

Cons

Your experience really depends on your manager and how you work with them. Also it is difficult to build stay connected with co-workers if you are on client site.

Pros

It's more technical than the impression that I got as an outsider. There's lots of opportunities for training and advancement if you have the skills to justify the investment.

Cons

It's not really a con per se, but if you're working on the customer site, it's extremely difficult to move to another project, resulting in career lock-in.
