      Pros

      Interesting assignments, challenge of assignments and scope of assignments. More than enough opportunities for personal and professional growth. Flexible work hours. Great management. Peers who care.

      Cons

      Working out of two locations currently and that is somewhat of a minus with commuting in the National Capital Region.
