Pros

Good benifits and compensation. Exciting/challenging work assignments. Reasonable amount of travel. Skilled management team.

Cons

Promotion process rewards squeaky wheel, i.e. merit isn't enough. If you want to be purely technical you will not like the amount of proposal work expected of you.

Pros

Booz presents a good challenging work environment, ample opportunity to excel and to make a difference for clients. In my opinion Booz does not waiver in their ethics, culture or diversity. Quite simply I find this to be the best place I have ever worked.

Cons

The annual review process is cumbersome and disjointed. No standardization from one region to another when assessments are presented to the boards.

Cons

Growing significantly each year. Great company to grow and advance. Managment will support employee transfer and advancements througout the company.
