Pros
Booz is such a large company that there are endless opportunities to move around and experience a number of different consulting experiences. The makeup of the firm is very diverse - business, military, non-profit, advertising, etc. Additionally, BAH takes professional development very seriously. There's a minimum number of hours of training that everyone is required to take during the course of the year. Building the BAH brand outside of the office is also taken very seriously - there's dozens of groups devoted to softball, basketball, gardening, sailing, almost anything you can think of. Another bonus of working for such a large company is the perks - tons of discounts, free tickets to theater/music/sports. Profit sharing is another nice perk; everyone gets an automatic ~10% of their annual salary put in to a 401k after their second year.
Cons
Each employee is assigned to a "home team", and if a project you want to transfer to is run by someone from another "home team", your bosses will fight tooth and nail to keep you from leaving. They've paid for your training and time, and are very stubborn about losing you to another team, even if the project is one you're very interested in and would do well at. It's all the same company, people! Also, they combine vacation and sick days under one group, meaning that a long vacation = no sick days. The profit-sharing mechanism is far from perfect - you're not 100% vested until your sixth year with BAH, and the fund options offered under the 401k are incredibly limited - literally less than 10 choices. Better get an IRA.
