Flexible working hours, challenging assignments, good clients, good tuition benefits, amazing people

Cons

Diversity, equity, and inclusion policies need some work and are largely lip service. Difficult to get promoted past lead associate given headcount limitations. 20% of people seem to do 80% of the work.

Work life balance with flexible working environment for most teams. Helping Soldiers by providing them the support they need. Rewarding experience and family oriented environment.

Cons

Limited upward mobility due to lack of leadership oppurtunities. Since government/military oriented; unless you retired as a field grade officer or senior NCO being a Project or Program Manager is improbable.
