      Bait and Switch - Avoid

      Get paid to do something.

      Their onboarding process is atrocious, it is an unguided mess of browse the Intranet and figure out how to document it on your time card. I was brought in and promised that I would not be traveling, and that I would be working on internal systems. I was then pushed into full consulting with travel per gig, and the job title and pay frequencies do not even align. When I inquired why there were so many disparities between the offer letter that I agreed to and what was presented to me day 1, I was told that is just how it is. They make you sit through a 3 hour lecture on integrity and then show none of said integrity themselves. I would highly recommend to not entertain an idea of working with this company.

      Nothing. Experience was just all around bad

      Awful culture, underpaid compared to industry standard, if work extends beyond allotted billable hours then you work for free until you finish your project.

      Not for Black Women

      Great flexibility. You’ll learn a lot and grow as a project manager.

      Cons

      BAH is not for Black women. There’s no intentional investment in recruiting , retaining, or supporting BW especially in leadership roles. Many top out at the Lead Associate level. If you want to be a leader and you’re a BW you’ll eventually have to look somewhere else. Black men are a different story.
