      Worked with incredibly smart leadership, who always had an answer whether from a technical perspective, business perspective or when handling diplomatic inter-office dynamics.

      Cons

      Optics > results, every single interaction with clients had to have bosses present or Cc'd on emails. Felt like I got slighted by management when it came around to looking for a promotion.
