      Pros

      Working for this company is a good place to for a person starting their career in government tech contracting. You will learn the ropes of old school corporate, the good and bad.

      Cons

      The growth and promotion opportunities do not offer competitive pay compared to other tech companies. You will be expected to carry double to responsibilities as a junior dev at many other tech companies to receive comparable pay. It is also very political and which will have the biggest effect on if you receive favorable projects or opportunities.

      Pros

      Push the policies that encourage morals over profit (ex don't work more than you should be on a project for hours permitted; if you do, report it and it will be met with appropriate support and not punishment). Consistent pay increases (ever year or 6 months of min 3%) so long as you are on a project or projects equal to that span of time. Spending budget for education and educational tools. Free Udemy account and alternatives optional using educational credits. Encouragement to seek accreditation and certifications. Matching 401k's, great people and competent and kind people

      Cons

      Long waits for projects (months at a time), pay isn't as competitive while you are with the company (bare bones raises), no bonuses to associate level employees only management, Dropped off on supporting a group that focused on expanding people's perspectives with monthly BRAVE discussions; everything from disabilities, identifying inequity, and culture around BAH
