Pros

The people, but all the good employees started leaving one by one, so by the time I left, there were only a few high quality employees left. By the time this review is posted, I would say there are 0 pros.

Cons

Everything. This company is so cheap. They will not pay you for what you are worth. They will expect you to do more and not pay you for it. They will claim to give bonuses (and they'll use it to try to convince you that it is part of your salary, but it's not) but they will not. They hire fresh grads with 0 experience and then expect them to do work as if they had experience. I would not recommend starting your career here. I would not recommend continuing your career here, but if you do come your career will end if that is what you want.
