Pros
ESOP is a nice incentive. Employer adds 10% to your pay and issues it as a stock. The culture is driven but understanding. You’re given space and the opportunity to make your job your own style and proceed the way you believe is best to accomplish tasks. They have a career path if you would rather sit in a cubicle. People were understanding. I just need more meat on the table.
