For the most part decent people to work with and for.

Cons

Terrible communication regarding roles and expectations. Inconsistent and conflicting enforcement of standard training protocol for certain warehousing tasks. Favoritism and unequal weight to certain people regarding human resources issues

Fast paced environment with lots to learn everyday. Nice coworkers and excellent customers.

Cons

Pay. Being in the oil patch rent is rising really fast and it is very expensive to live day to day.
