      The company provides above average benefits

      It is a big company. It is easy to be boxed in, and opportunities for advancement were very limited or non-existent. All attractive positions were given to outside candidates. Due to multiple acquisitions, the organization is getting more and more complicated, and the company is not doing itself any favors with the org structure it has put in place. This can make working there very frustrating.
