      Management Issues but Great Environment to Develop

      Pros

      Each division runs like smaller company. Allows each person to have a broader exposure as opposed to a laser focus on a small aspect or feature.

      Cons

      Low accountability which leads to a lot of dead weight. Middle management is all the 'old guard' of the past and have trouble adopting modern methods.

      Pros

      This was a spectacular experiance and the pay was good. I learned a ton to take back to college with me and apply.

      Cons

      I had a lot of down time. Like nothing to do and no one to give me work. That was a big turn off for me.

      Good reputation in the community. Good pay for the region.

      Cons

      Management is too production focused -- safety and quality are lost. The leadership team has been poorly selected and is unfit to manage a facility of this size and likely a facility of any size.
