      Pros

      During the pandemic has done a lot to make it a more flexible work environment. Leaders are authentic, approachable and down to earth. I work with people I like and trust. Very results driven environment that requires people to collaborate. I have always had interesting work and have never felt bored!

      Cons

      Staff run leans, which can have it challenges in managing the amount of projects and work. Has been achievable when the priorities are set.
