      There are a great variety of projects so there is always something challenging. There are many opportunities for displaying innovative ideas. Creativity and hard work are encouraged and rewarded.

      Cons

      Like a lot of engineering companies the opportunities to move up within the company are somewhat limited. It is important to go out of your way to prove yourself and go beyond basic job requirements.
