      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. The Annual bonuses based on plant performance have been very generous over the last few years.

      Cons

      They absolutely do not care if employees are happy or not. HR is rude and won't even talk to employees (when they bother to come out of their offices). Don't bother to complain, you will be retaliated against, just take your beating and keep quiet. Too many layers of Management and very poor communication.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, fantastic work environment, and good/flexible hours. They put large amounts of research into all of the produce and it shows.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for promotions, and some degree of lack of communication between departments.
