      Pros

      The does it's best to give employees autonomy in their daily lives. BorgWarner also is good about making some of the hard decisions when they need to.

      Cons

      There are some management decision that can leave you scratching your head. One thing to be aware of is that BorgWarner is heading towards a leader of EV/HV technologies. If you are focused on combustion then this is NOT the place for you.

      The culture is amazing, people are really nice and the work you get to do is very related to the field of study.

      Everyone is busy all the time, so it could be hard to get support.

      Opportunity to learn SAP if the team helps you

      Cons

      Not inclusive of contract workers. They make you attend company meetings but do not treat you like a permanent employee if you are a contractor. They will lie to your face one day then lay you off the next say
