I sometimes had difficultly getting direction when I was unsure how to proceed in certain situations. Though I really enjoyed the work environment, there were many people who were over-worked and were afforded too few vacations.

lots of work! 12+ hour days are expected during crunch times, and the pay isn't as high as other Tier-1's (although, to be fair, the cost of living in Ithaca is substantially lower than, say, Boston)
