      Pros

      Very stable company with excellent future. Management respects its employees. Opportunities for travel. Decent salary and decent benefits. Bottom line is that I am happy working there. Good people.

      Cons

      Growth limited unless you plan on traveling. You need to make sure you have the experience you need when joining the company in order to be approach to more opportunities.

      Pros

      Fun place to work. With enough drive even a low level employee can be involved in a lot of higher level decisions. Housing allowance for interns as well as pay commiserate with similar positions in other industries.

      Cons

      Overall behind the times. Still using a lot of manual workload instead of leveraging technology to automate many of the menial positions. Adverse to change, require a lot of politics to get anything done. Overall slow to improve.
