Pros
Great people to work with, good product, and good long term goals. BorgWarner offers above average compensation for the area and a excellent benefits package which are very attractive.
Cons
Mismanagement of resources and major projects has caused higher than needed turn over. Project were taken on with to few resources available which has lead to major delays. Overwork of the employees is another issue, as a salaried individual it was not uncommon to see 80 hrs a week.
