      Pros

      Good location within Sacramento area. Nearby places to eat.

      Cons

      No accountability for senior level staff lack of work productivity no matter how much you remind attorneys that certain things needed to be done. I watched one of my attorneys play slots during the work day and couldn't say anything because he would threaten my job. Unable to take time off when putting in advance notice for one day. Unable to get a raise for years after all hard work.

      Co-workers are nice people and it's a good environment. People are friendly.

      Cons

      Probably the stingiest job I've ever worked for. The pay is really low. Also some of the policies are ridiculous. You can't clock in 5 minutes before you start and if you do you have to write why you clocked in so early. If you're more than three minutes late you have to write why you were late and use your PTO for those three minutes. If you clock out at 5:01 you have to write out why you did and if you were given permission to work "over time". Also, you don't work the whole 40 hours. You work 37.5 hours to ensure you don't ever get overtime. The 401k isn't really good either. The medical benefits are okay.

      I enjoyed being able manage their IT Network.

      No cons really. Issue with co-worker ended with me leaving
