Business Outlook
Pros
Scale and large number of business divisions in different industries. I was able to learn about the automotive industry's development and production processes and cycles while working as an automotive engineer and client interface.
Cons
Rigid career advancement structure. Misalignment of business interests between cross border offices. Non-competitive payscale in some divisions due to capital intensive nature of some businesses (esp. manufacturing, engineering)
