      Training takes time but working with someone and shadowing can bring someone up to speed in a timely manner

      Good diverse - cultural enviroment, good engineering methods gaining, no border with management team, easy to talk enviroment

      Cons

      If you are a hard working engineer who likes to take fast actions, sometimes you can be bored in this place. Projects/problem solvings/negogiations with other departments can take too much time. Also same for career steps too :)
