      With a low product build line, it is more relax there

      Cons

      If you do not have family in high places you will not move on to other or better positions. I felt cheated when it came to wages. other associates were earning a higher wages.

      Pros

      Very Large organization with a potential to move within the US or other countries. Well known brand name. They are working on diversifying their associates. They are backed by their HQ in Germany and have the funds to invest in their products and employees.

      Cons

      The company is very large and it can be hard to be externally focused on customers because you spend a lot of time focused internally. They are headquartered in Germany so majority of the decisions need to be approved from Germany and it can take a while. They are working to improve the issue with the mentality of the people who have been working there for numerous years. Its a 'this is how we do things' mentality and you have to work hard internally to make changes.

      Pros

      Matching 401K - very high match. Health Benefits - good but, deductibles and cost passed on to employee increase each year.

      Cons

      Base salary is not consistent with industry standards. Major lay-offs, no work/life balance. Favoritism, sub par training, communications are poor. Managers and employees are being stretched too far in assignments to be effective. HR is not effective in the dealings with employees and handling of questions.
