      - Great benefits. One of the best 401k matches out there. - Culture and working environment - Huge network of people that are all motivated to help one another regardless of which team - Moving around within the company is encouraged

      - Extremely complex business and overwhelming at first - Despite being a long-standing company, processes and reporting are old fashioned and inefficient - Very long hours during peak times. There is no downtime really

      Clean well kept offices and labs. Safety a priority. Generally low stress if you know what you are doing.

      Cons

      Limited chances for advancement. Annual pay increases are small. Maximum of 6% annual bonus is linked to company sales and not personal performance. Long term employees can cap out in their "pay scale" with no room for advancement or pay increase.
