      Almost no promotions and if someone wants to have a market level salary then you have to get it when you join Bosch, because later there will be only really small promotions

      - Calm and quiet work environment - A few coworkers were kind and collaborative

      Cons

      - I experienced verbal abuse and intimidation from my manager and HR partner - I reported discriminatory and unfair treatment by a project manager (from the LGBT community), but HR ignored my complaints completely Instead of helping, HR pressured me into resigning - Very low salary for the responsibilities involved - No recognition or appreciation for my consistent efforts to support the team - Projects were minor and lacked real impact or professional growth opportunities - Favoritism and internal politics dominate the workplace - Management avoids accountability and covers toxic behavior
