Many changes in the works company wide - Poor handling by Managers

Pros

Matching 401K - very high match. Health Benefits - good but, deductibles and cost passed on to employee increase each year.

Cons

Base salary is not consistent with industry standards. Major lay-offs, no work/life balance. Favoritism, sub par training, communications are poor. Managers and employees are being stretched too far in assignments to be effective. HR is not effective in the dealings with employees and handling of questions.

matching 401K and health benefits, on the expense of low base salary

Cons

major lay-offs, unable to compete with small companies of less over-head. The big name of Bosch is misleading and lures you in, but seriously aftermarket division is different from other divisions of Bosch. No growth opportunity and prospect
