Great pay and benefits. Hours aren't bad. As long as you are willing to learn and do your job shouldn't have many problems.

Cons

Hard working employees can get blamed for not making sure their lazy coworkers do their job. Supervisors are more interested in making production than fixing machines that are having issues, waiting until the machine hard breaks.

Great place to do research. Too much bureaucracy and power point slides

Pros

Great work-life balance. Salary is very competitive. Bonus program is very competitive. Benefits are really good. Freedom to pursue your ideas if you convince others that they are good.

Cons

Too much politics and bureaucracy. Relationship with German HQ sometimes hard. Not much cultural diversity. Reports, slides and meetings are valued more than being productive.
