Pros

Good place to work. Very stable place to work compared to its competition and even OEM companies.

Cons

Pay is usually lower than other supply base companies and depending on which department you work in the work life balance is not good.

Pros

Bosch has a great benefits package that really entices people. Not too many companies offer a pension lately so that is a large selling point for me

Cons

Salaries are all over the map and very little transparency.

Good place to work

Pros

Great pay, nice people, work life balance, guy in charge is cool. Since it is part of Bosch there is a sense of job security. The battery business can be unforgiving to the employees. Many of the employees are thoughtful and seem to enjoy each other.

Cons

Level below the guy in charge are clowns but not evil clowns, first level mangers are OK, seem to care. A handful engineers have figured out how to keep a job and have really bad, petty attitudes or incompetence. Not all, but one departments is worse than others.
