Pros

Bosch has very established systems and consistent leadership. I consider it a good place if you are starting out in your CS career, or have some experience and would like to earn some more before aspiring for a leadership role. There are plenty of growth opportunities in the company, and the leadership team is open to working with you towards achieving those goals.

Cons

As with any CS job, some-times it can be daunting and the schedules somewhat tight. However the work conditions are fair for the type of work we do.
