People culture and work culture is amazing. Office is well structured and maintained. Managers are transparent mostly.

Initially you cant choose the project that you get dropped into.

Large company so many opportunities to experience different industries

Cons

While the bigger Bosch divisions seem to have more inclusive cultures, be sure to really question about the culture to see if a lesser known division shares the values of the company. Within the lesser known division, ask for diversity facts for that group. They will say the right things but the reality can be very different.
