Fair pay and company name is fair on the resume

Cons

Management is horrible. Management gives little or no training. To sum it up, instead of helping you advance, they lie to you. Most people I worked with hated the place even those from overseas.

Pros

It would be hard to beat the location. Very laid back environment. Easy to get overtime. If you'd actually like to make an impact on the company, you could use this place as a stepping stone to Germany where their products are developed.

Cons

They had too many interns for the amount of work that had to get done. Some of the interns cleaned floors. Others sorted paperwork. The work was boring. They don't help you much with getting a place to live. The products this plant produces are not cutting edge.

Opportunity to open a new call center, built strong relationships with clients

Cons

Senior management has a micro-managing mentality, no work/life balance, core values are not lived at the Fort Lauderdale location, worst benefit package of my entire career
