      You got to learn a lot in Bosch, you can upgrade and upskill yourself.

      Cons

      There is no shortcoming in thre organization at all, but the leaders working there can be better, most of them are working there for 25 years and thinks that its there company, they are not agile and thinks that world still works as per the old times which halts the progress of young and dynamic employees.
