Great culture, benefits (including telecommuting policy) and work content. Due to the size and varied products/divisions, there is significant opportunity for development and experience regardless of function. Well positioned for even more growth in high-tech/futuristic fields.

Cons

Some red tape, but understandable due to the need for global alignment and size.
