Pros

Good pay for interns. Pay is based off of class standing and what area (engineering, business etc.) you are working in. Flexible hours, excellent management/training, great learning/growth opportunities.

Cons

Office is so big that it is impossible to know everybody, even in your division. You will get to know the people you work with on a regular basis quite well though.

Cons

Lots of politics If your good at a job you can get stuck with no new opportunities or challenges Management doesn't ask for or listen to input from workers, very much run as a traditional hierarchical business despite claims otherwise.

Strong technical expertise in the Research and Technology Center, flexible work hours, interesting projects, good company spirit.

Cons

Heavy beaurocracy for simple things. Project planning and management is time consuming, taking time away from work.
