      Pros

      - company culture that is focused on cooperation and helping each other - great communication within the team - tasks are usually interesting (though it can depend on the particular project you take part in)

      Cons

      - a lot depends on the project i.e. one can end up stuck working in a dull and low priority project - things are moving quite slow at times - some projects get started and they get finished prematurely due to internal company's politics
