Good benefits and pay. A lot of talented people from diverse cultures.

Cons

No work life balance, clique environment. Advancement only if you are a part of the clique. Top and middle management uninvolved leaving lowest management to push off all their work to employees while lowest management work 8 or less hrs a day.

Encourages ongoing personal development and education. Strict adherence to quality. Value education and training over actual experience and real world knowledge.

Cons

If you are not a conformist (politically, socially) life will be difficult. Doesn't value "outside the box" thinking or approaches.
