A environment where one can come from all walks of life and find a place to fit in. Opportunities hidden but present, one has to actively be interested and look for one of many programs or offers hidden inside the company besides the every-month available multitude of improvement programs and offers

Cons

Barely average or at times under average monthly pay with sometimes disappointing bonuses. Company where you go after you have earned your place in the corporate world and need a stable and secure long time pay and benefits OR just making your first decade of work experience fresh out of studies
