      Pros

      Benefits are good, but OTC is on its way to being destroyed by German management.

      Cons

      Too many layers of upper management, and they are out of touch with reality, In a company this size there's zero accountability for bad decisions. Bosch is in the process of destroying OTC.

      Some teams and management are really toxic with their culture, and management lacks integrity of the promises they make to young and mid level employees.
