Poor management and poor work life balance

> all pros from other reviews are paid ones on top > it is 2026 and at this point i couldnt think of anything that is better here than other companies
Cons
> 16 days work from office with no swipe ins on mandatory holidays(including sat). Additional 15 days flexible wfh is given for the whole year which is absolutely useless unless they make the working days to 12 or the flexi days to 30. > poor hike despite of hard work. Someone said it is best to be a freeloader in bosch and i decided to be that > Management is useless and worried about process rather than quality work and no identification of strengths and unique skills among members > PROMOTION GIVEN TO THOSE WHO BEG AND BOOTLICK BUT NOT TO THE REAL WORKERS > old bosch is long gone and it is best to avoid this place
