      You learn a lot about the overall workflow of the manufacturing process and general maintenance.

      -Pay is half decent ($19/hr) -Benefits (Health, Dental, and Optical Available) -Flexible scheduling -Any question you ask will get answered and coworkers are more then willing to help you out if they have the time available.

      -No PTO -There can be an overabundant amount of downtime
